Mike Pence is one of very few congresspeople who has taken a demonstrably strong stance against sex trafficking. While there are other examples, the key one came in 2002.
Mike Pence would be one of only 13 congresspeople that would demand an investigation by the Inspector General of the DoD into allegations, brought to light by Fox News, that the US Army was assisting sex traffickers in South Korea. That same investigation would later be broadened to include an investigation into DynCorp's actions in Bosnia.
Other signers included Cynthia McKinney and Dennis Kucinich (who Robert Steele said we could also trust). Honestly, the letter signers also included a bunch of other people you haven't heard of, cause they aren't part of the establishment.
