We can be glad that our minds are open enough to be able to take it all in. Many cannot and I am not exactly faulting them because not all of us are alike. People can think through, far head of time (for if that 'time' ever happens), exactly how they will quickly gather tons of money for a top-notch, private attorney to sue for top-notch dollars in damages. Paying a full retainer will get you representation much faster than relying on an attorney to work for future pay out of damages. Everyone has a rich uncle, at least, or others even closer: family, friends, or even a generous boyfriend or girlfriend.
People I know used to be afraid, but when studying how much money can be won from these cases and how it is done, the fear subsides.
Preparation and money ready for legal fees (and the more the merrier; the other side must pay out the nose too) makes all much more "palatable." In fact, hate to say it, but just as there are some people out there looking for the next car to hit them... there are some out there who know they will win against CPS and have wealthy family/friends ready to quickly invest in their great odds (and if needed, for just a small percentage of the returns).

People can think through, far head of time (for if that 'time' ever happens), exactly how they will quickly gather tons of money for a top-notch, private attorney to sue for top-notch dollars in damages. Paying a full retainer will get you representation much faster than relying on an attorney to work for future pay out of damages. Everyone has a rich uncle, at least, or others even closer: family, friends, or even a generous boyfriend or girlfriend.
People I know used to be afraid, but when studying how much money can be won from these cases and how it is done, the fear subsides.
Preparation and money ready for legal fees (and the more the merrier; the other side must pay out the nose too) makes all much more "palatable." In fact, hate to say it, but just as there are some people out there looking for the next car to hit them... there are some out there who know they will win against CPS and have wealthy family/friends ready to quickly invest in their great odds (and if needed, for just a small percentage of the returns).
