FBI tipped off the norwegian police before the norwegian ring were caught. Can we find out if this is the case here?

What do you mean by "tipped off"? That could be taken different ways.
The norwegian police started "operation dark room" (the investigation referred to as the norwegian pizzagate), after they got a tip by the FBI that it was a big pedo ring in Norway.
Oh. Cheers, then. Let's hope for lots more of that (to the extent of whatever pedo rings exist, that is).
