Wow. This sure isn't a psy-op. Most could say, eh, the tweets show that the person is irrational, seems to be paranoid or suffer from some kind of mental illness. Except that person gives names. Names that we know are all involved in the trafficking of children, money laundering, Satanic Cults, MK Ultra and murder. If I hadn't heard a similar story via a reply sent to Charles Ortel, I think I still might have some doubts as to the credibility of this person named Catherine. Anyhow, here's a similar message from the second witness:
