Damn. Though not the same person, reminds me of a group member we had on fb that rambled almost identical, claimed she had been mk ultrad, chip in brain, stomach liner removed, etc etc. She rambled and mumbled constantly naming politicians such as podesta and Obama. I believe something happened to this person/ victim..... But it's nearly impossible in my opinion to get clear answers from people like this that (sadly) don't make them sound completely schizophrenic. :( It's as if they've been so fucked up through their childhood that putting together a prosecutable statement and timeline is very difficult for them.
