Rainbow Blvd., Suite 3138 Las Vegas, NV, so I looked that address up. There's a lot of odd businesses in this complex, I imagine they might sell virtual office space.
I go off tangent a little bit and check out some of the other businesses located there. One is this...https://www.behavioruniversity.com/contact (A little strange in itself) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and it says "SITE BY MONKEY LOGIC, INC. SOFTWARE FOR AUTISM"
Clicking on "Software for Austism" leads you here: https://monkeylogic.com/ where there are aticles on encrypting/decrypting files.
Now, I may be totally wrong on this because I am not a computer programmer, but I remember early on with all this that there was an effort to decrypt image files. (Like there was a file hidden in images)....Did anyone get anywhere with this? Does anyone remember the effort to decrypt some of the image files in the wikileaks emails?
