"Ok I took the gamma edit from this thread and I went further® and mixed a normal copy with opacity set to 40. On the first track I changed the color curves and added a highpass filter. This is as good as it gets for the video. I can work on the audio but this is fine for now.

i can fuck with the curves to discern peripheral objects if anyone can guess where they may be.

Clearly a brrom imho. The "hairs" are clearly visible in many instances.

If I were to pick I would pick shop broom also as my first guess. I've swept garages and work sites with brooms like that a thousand times.
