It's a long story how I got here (investigating the FBIVault's tweet on the Asian American Alliance or whatever it is called), but it led me to this State Dept. blog post on Paul Wellstone, which may/may not (possible transition-related scrub) have been scrubbed as a result of the fact that among Paul Wellstone's primary concerns was human trafficking, and has been for a very long time prior to his death.

Possible lead here, or am I just seeing things in the tea leaves?
