Sigh.

This is a muddying of the basics. Yes of course they're used in such settings, the question is was the fire set and evacs planned in order to provide cover for destruction evidence of graves, structures, and covert exfiltration of living or dead children.

It is not without merit. Once you consider the possibility this was a literal smoke screen, the presence of the dozers might be expected and possibly useful in either digging up mass graves or destroying physical structures and removing them.

in the same way as you point out a 4 lane highway would

Not exactly, you're engaging in that high school essay tactic of gluing two things together with a rhetorical phrase, even though they're logically unconnected. Physical barriers sometime stop fire spreading. Thank you for the deep connection between two things.

Finally, your username is actually following CTR/Shariablue patterns. The two numbers at the end in particular. If you're not a shill, you sure argue like one. If this accusation offends you, don't take it personally, your post is very curious.

Any thoughts on the evac pattern of 90 homes, 800 homes, and then telling people to go home in less than 24 hours? Any thoughts on why bringing this up leads to shadow bans, and weird probes from Panamanian IPs? Any thoughts on why questions about this aren't allowed on reddit?

EDIT: It's possible dozers are there to keep a set fire from getting out of control, or just because it's expected they'd be on hand. Your post is still very curious and suspicious to me and I distrust you. People should of course still focus on the mandatory evacs and possible use of road closures to smuggle kids/bodies out.
