Looked up the first line of lyrics in the Worldcorp Desist music video and looked at Google Image Search.

I noticed a picture which linked to a Twitter profile photo (here). The account holder says they live in Oregon but a look through the accounts they follow includes an art gallery in VA and a metalworking place in Brooklyn. The person yelling in the Worldcorp shower torture video has a distinct Brooklyn accent. Another potentially interesting connection is this person who appears to be related to them, who also happens to work for the Washingon Post.

THIS MAY NOT BE THE PERSON in the Worldcorp video. But I think it warrants further investigation.
