I would start with Portillo's. I know you can order food and they will ship anywhere, and they are pretty famous in the Chicago area.

of course this still goes against the WH no outside food policy. But maybe call the Portillo's in Chicago and see if they delivered a big event to the WH?

I doubt they would know it was for the white house, that would be some serious fuckup by secret service if they did.

true, but I bet they don't get very many $60k orders - you can buy 50 hot dogs for under $200 shipped.
