Seems like all we need is someone brave/smart enough to register anonymously. Would work if they send your login info via email.

That's all that's needed to do be able to VIEW documents.

At your https://ecf.vaed.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/login.pl

"Instructions for viewing filed documents and case information: If you do NOT [my caps] need filing capabilities, enter your PACER login and password. If you do not have a PACER login, you may register online at http://www.pacer.gov."

Accessing pleadings, exhibits, etc. (things filed by the litigants) incurs a $0.10 per page charge, subject to a $3 cap per file (i.e. a 30 page doc will cost the same as a 40 page doc). Judges' rulings are free.

Must provide credit card info.

Charges can add up quickly.

I'm happy to download (using my firm's account) and post pleadings that may have potential investigative value. I consider it my small contribution to the cause.
