The only name indicated is one Steven Gerstenfeld (current address: http://www.familywatchdog.us/ShowNameList.asp))

The court that handled the case: http://www.vaed.uscourts.gov/formsandfees/index.html (Virginia Eastern District)

Herein lies the impass;

Can anyone get us access so we can pull the court records? This could be a major lead for us! Especially if Alefantis / Podesta are in those documents anywhere!
