Okay, earlier I posted a tweet about the arrest of a man for child pornography.

I eventually deleted it after discussions with other voaters as it has been difficult to verify that the person named is indeed the employee at the National Guard.

However, googling the National Guard with his name comes up with a page from their website that has been taken down. Could mean something, could mean nothing. http://www.107aw.ang.af.mil/News/Article-Display/Article/439727/team-niagara-plays-a-game-of-epic-proportions/

She works in the 107th Public Affairs Office, and has written a number of articles for them.

I've looked around the internet, and so far, no one has said that this man is not the same guy who works for the National Guard. We'll see.

Ok well that's the most we can do. Thanks again! It's strange, that twitter user probably picked the first Peter Nowak she found on linkedin and assumed it was the same guy. When she provided the LinkedIn URL I thought she was giving us proof... but I failed to realize that there was no profile picture on the page, so in reality it meant nothing.

As she seems to also be connected to an online conservative news organisation I initially thought she had done her homework, though I could see the link hadn't really been made in tweets. Awful to be smearing someone who is innocent. Another example and lesson for me to stick with my own research and deductions. Anyway...

I do not think the National Guard (based on linkedin profile) Peter Nowak is the same as the Peter Nowak arrested and in the news. There are many Peter Nowaks in NY state, so keep that in mind. There are two near/around Buffalo NY, namely a Jr and Sr and both are Peter J Nowak. The whitepages listing in Wayland is Peter C Nowak, which is more likely the person arrested IMO.

The news stories said he was arrested IN and a resident OF Wayland NY, which is south of the finger lakes and about 90 minutes from Buffalo NY.

A few sources, such as this white pages entry show his street address.

Here is what I could find from public info about that street address where he seems to have live, and who owned his house etc.

Steuben County Tax parcel info

It appears to be a two-family house (consistent with the many many cars seen around it in various times in google earth using time slider) and owned by "Circle Drive Park LLC". I haven't found any info yet on this LLC, except for the address cited in the tax records, which is in another part of Wayland, NY.

edit: I also just noticed the LinkedIn page for Peter Nowak mentions he is 50 years old, consistent with the white pages entry for Peter J Nowak (buffalo area) showing him to be 50-54. While the Peter C Nowak is listed in his sex offender registry as born in 7-21-1959 putting him at 57 years old today, consistent with the white pages entry for Peter C Nowak.

Yes, thanks. I'm not clear either that the link has been made with the Linkedin profile. And I hope that comes across in the post. I wouldn't want to be smearing an innocent person. However, the story I thought might be important. Still yet, no one has come forward to deny the allegations. And other forums are discussing this. We are not the only one. I'll take down the post if anyone comes forward to say this wrong. Important to get our news straight.

Agreed! thank you for being open minded ... seriously. I am still digging a little into what "Circle Drive Park LLC" is. A quick google search, and look at the street address it lists 10184 State Route 21S, Wayland NY 14572 is very strange..

edit: Circle Drive park LLC checks out (for me). the issues was Bing Maps and Google Maps both have a different idea of exactly where their address:

CIRCLE DRIVE PARK, LLC 10680 ROUTE 21 SOUTH WAYLAND, NEW YORK, 14572

is located.. funny how Bing and Google disagree on this location by a few miles along the road. However, the Bing Maps location makes sense since it is literally a circular road with many trailer homes on it, and the company is listed as owning manufactured homes.. i.e. CHECK.
