That Peter Nowak attended SUNY Buffalo from 1996-2001 to obtain B.S. and M.I.S. degrees. The Peter Nowak that is a registered offender was born in 1959, meaning he would have been college aged (18) in around 1977. Now obviously many people go to school later on in their lives, but we should really positive about this before we start shouting from the rooftops that the Chief Analyst of NY's National Guard is involved in pizzagate.
