Well he should be charged with conspiring to commit acts of terrorism at least. Their plan could have gotten people killed because if they saw some gas coming through the vents it could have started a stampede towards the exits with people getting trampled to death.
I bet he will be charged with a misdemeanor and bail set at $50.
