Believing they were going to have sex with a child, the men drove to various sites within the county to meet a "girl." They were then arrested and charged with offenses related to the solicitation of a minor child.

What does either the prostitution charge or the working at a group home do to change the fact that this bust has nothing to do with human trafficking, since there was no legitimate offer made of underage girls?
