This "evil twin" is obvious demon possession, as to be suspected for anyone who is into sexual child abuse. Demons are also the driving force behind many rapes and suicides, almost all serial murders, and basically most of the extreme depravity that humans engage in.
It's also not unusual that this demonic entity expresses itself with its own name. Compare Beyonce whose demon wants to be called "Sasha Fierce".
