To me it's almost as if Hillary is saying.... "Okay, Flynn is out of the way, let the transaction go through" as the video is of a mother panda with her baby panda which symbolizes a human child, etc.... there just is no logical explanation as to why she would retweet a random person that used a PG reference that is not integral to anything, unless someone that HRC knows is watching her account and knows what the tweet means.
