Yes, that's right, but why highlight it on twitter? Do people often put coordinates on their twitter profile for the hell of it? Just seems so random unless it has meaning to the user and to those viewing his profile.... just really bizarre considering he did make a PizzaGate reference in his tweet when he trolled Flynn.
