Okay, so it could be him, but there's zero evidence for it, much less it "clearly" being him. So he wears hoodies sometimes when he's being this "Skippy" character. But your claim is totally bunk that it's "clearly" Podesta. Honestly it would have been fine if you just asked "could this be Podesta? How can we find out?" but claiming it's "clearly" him is the kind of stuff PG non-believers cite every single day for their evidence of how dumb they think all of us researchers are.
Just my two cents, not trying to be a dick. Just trying to reel things in. We have to step it up with skepticism and tone down our jumping to conclusions, or we're not going to progress.
