Thanks for the links. Interesting. I didn't realize there was a term for this. I wonder if we can find other cases where those suspected or people they follow on social media are providing "weather reports" out in the open to them. It might be another lead to follow.
It's like homeless travelers, they have a secret language of symbols to denote various conditions to other travelers... Like a certain symbol might represent that the occupant of that house is friendly and giving to travelers, or that they'll murder you and make lamp shades out of your skin...
