This is absolutely Pizzagate related because 1) he was producing child porn and distributing it, and 2) the child was found to be in California with her pimp mother who was also arrested.
Was the mother trafficking her daughter to men who would use her to produce porn?

Detectives are working to identify two more victims and one of them is just 15 months old, but unsure of how old s/he is now, but believed to have been this age at the time the images were taken.

I didn't read that she did pay for it. The $650,000 is just what she would have to pay if she were to make bond.
One of the only reasons I didn't post more information about the mother is that other links have the names of some people she's related to. I would assume if the kid is with family, it would be with them.
