This is absolutely Pizzagate related because 1) he was producing child porn and distributing it, and 2) the child was found to be in California with her pimp mother who was also arrested.

Was the mother trafficking her daughter to men who would use her to produce porn? Disneyland is in California. Connected?

Detectives are working to identify two more victims and one of them is just 15 months old, but unsure of how old s/he is now, but believed to have been this age at the time the images were taken.

Post this creep's face everywhere! If anyone can find a pic of the mother and/or the story detailing her arrest in California, please post.

Will do. Yeah I agree this is not easy to tell... this could simply be that the pupil is larger than usual and not coloboma at all. I tried to find other pictures of him but got nothing.
