The voices don't sound the same to me. Similar, but the child beater influxes his R's at the end of his sentences "I am your fah-thuh-r" whreas Pedosta says, "Thank you for being with huRR"

These are not the same people talking. Especially since the unknown man supposedly doesn't know he's being recorded. There's no reason for him to change his speech patterns.
