I think he HAS started with the arrests and is starting at the bottom and working his way up the food chain. They have to have bullet proof cases before they can even charge someone remotely as big as Clinton or Podesta
Yeah, I think they need small timers to get to the big ones. Smalls will prolly cooperate when realising it ain't worth it and then domino effect will take place. They're smart and I think they know exactly what they're doing.
