Anyone else think that the first pic of "Kanye" looks absolutely nothing like the second pic of Kanye with Kim? There's something not right about it....
Pure speculation as I did not read or look, but if swollen pic is post hospital then could be from being pumped full of fluids to rehydrate and also having being laid up in a bed for a period of time. Fluid retention is real as is fluid loss from dehydration.

Yea his head looks swollen and his skin almost looks a darken shade, I dunno, something looks odd about him.
