Not relevant. Also, I don't have the time to investigate this, but it looks like there is someone that did some reverse image searches on the brain scan images and found that they were copied images. The analysis claims that this entire video is a hoax. I don't want to put in any effort into deciding this for myself, but my hunch tells me that this could very easily be a faked video. Not many people in the audience, no indication where it was filmed (could be at university, pentagon, elementary school, hotel conference room, etc...) Identify who these people are in the video and maybe I'll consider this further.
