The Simpsons has a long history of making political statements in their episodes. It's one of the many beauties of the show. My guess is that they are picking up on the debate and putting it out there for fun. Unfortunately, there was no website when I tried to go to it. :(
I would say if they are referencing Podesta's 'dominoes' email and making light of it, they are endorsing pedophilia and ridiculing child victims of torture. Nothing really fun or political about that.
