Its standard practice. You see it all the time...whether it be to influence an election....saw it first hand to shoot down Ron Paul...didn't bother to investigate, but assume it was done with Trump too. Also saw the paid trolls first hand with the Sandy Hook event. Its like any good magician does....as part of the act, they stack the crowd. Its part of that game of illusion or make believe....like when Chris Angel is seen in public picking a random person and pulling her front teeth out, then putting them back in....the person is really an actor in on the act and the people immediately around them are also actors....they are the only ones close enough to catch the slight of hand, they already know its fake, but give off the impression her teeth were really pulled out and put back in.
