It may not be vault 7 but just reading the 1st section of the Sikh temple shooting makes it clear that was some fucked up shit...a handler style shooting a cucked investigation that managed to completely ignore all witness statements and end up blaming one man. I thought the TFHs were nutters but reading that, oh hell, it was a handler shooting, and the FBI covered it up.
