The hand stamp made parents complacent. They think its safe to sit down at a table and talk to each other while their child runs free, because no one can take them out of the building. These morons don't realize there are bathrooms pedophiles can meet your children in. If you ever want to get disgusted by humanity, visit Chuck E Cheese. My wife and I just shake our heads when we see a line of them on their cell phones ignoring their own children.
It didn't take a hand stamp. The constant feedback loop of a smartphone did that. I avoid these type of places at all costs. People won't even control their crotchspawn at the grocery store because they're too busy on Facebook or taking selfies in the produce section. If you put things for the kids to do there, parents seem to think they are then absolved of all responsibility for their parental obligations, like keeping your little mistake safe from men in trenchcoats or panel vans.

"Chuck E. Cheese's has a long-established protocol in place to make sure none escape with a child under each arm"
So basically you're saying there's a 1 child per pedo limit? I guess that prevents people stocking up and then reselling them at a criminal markup.
