The not dating women younger than Ivanka bit, well he added "“So as she grows older, the field is getting very limited”, e.g. ongoing. He set up Howard Stern for the punchline about not dating 16 year olds. It was a joke, perhaps in very poor taste for the pizzagate crowd.

He was dating Melania who was closer to Ivanka's age than Trumps, perhaps they had a discussion and Ivanka thought she wouldn't like him dating someone younger than her in the future.
