It doesn't get much lower than paying people to protest.... manufacturing outrage to advance your agenda. That's exactly what Soros is doing in this country, and you could easily make the case that he has incited violence against police officers and our citizens.

Of course this (so far) pales in comparison to how much blood he has on his hands in the Ukraine, where Soros and our CIA manufactured a civil war.
