I found TSr.Inc is registered to Hillary Clintons DC address.

Hillary Clinton is connected to JA, Podestas and Pizzagate so I thought I'd look into what/who TSr.inc is as there are many of them across the country and very little information about what they do. Maybe they are innocent or maybe they are fronts for something or some sort of black site or special ops company.

Wikipedia tells you where HRCs house is.
Searching for property history and info brought up this.
TSR.INC is shown as a business registered there.

TSR was purchased in 1997 by Wizards of the Coast (WotC). WotC initially retained use of the TSR name for their D&D products, but by 2000, the TSR moniker had been dropped, coinciding with the release of the 3rd edition of D&D.

I don't believe its the games company TSR.INC.

Clicking on TSr.inc link tells us its a Computer Systems Consultants & Designers.

Google mapping TSR.INC gets really weird. They pop up all over the usa. There are 10 in Washington DC, 18 in total VA, 33 in WA, 13 in NY. Need to check all states tsr.inc. I searched for: TSR.INC * insert state here *. You'll find one or two bonafide TSRs with business details and website)

All of the companies range from printers, web hosting companies, professional services, telecommunication services, software developers, consultants and more. None of them have a website or business details and the location google maps gives for some of the business addresses are just odd.

I have found http://www.tsrconsulting.com is a relationship-based, customer-focused IT and technical services staffing company.

For over 40 years TSR, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, TSR Consulting Services, have prospered in the Information Technology staffing business....

Searching opencorporates for tsr.inc and filtering to D.C. shows TSR Associates Inc. Also tsr paging inc (which merged with another pager company to form TSR Wireless) I believe they are government I.T. contractors of some sort

The 3 options I can think of right now are

There is actually a chain of businesses called tsr and Ive overlooked their head office business details.
It just so happen there are a lot of businesses independently called tsr.
Something shady is happening.

I am just going to throw this out there -

The "Gems" software can manipulate the resutls of elections state by state, by using basically one computer guy or so per area who hacks (actually uses a back door in the software) through local serviers where voting results are sent. In her opinion Hillary tried to steal the votes from various states but failed. However, in the trying, wouldn't she have needed to place individual tech guys strategicaly throughout the US, probably in small office spaces, and paid them payoff "salaries" as Tech Support? I'll answer that - yes.

OP you may have discovered the mechanism by which HRC planned to alter the US election results, an action which I have no doubt whatsoever that she is perfectly capable of trying to do.

Go for it. It does seem odd but I don't really know about this type of business and how they connect. There is plenty to research.

There are some reasonable explanations in the comments that might be worth checking before you start researching tho.

The multiple locations are likely individuals/small operations of "sub-contractors" working for TSR. I have seen this where contractors have a phone at a location for the length of a project, then it changes to another location, or goes away. Some may be "leftovers" from prior projects at a particular location. I doubt Google monitors/maintains these, not at all sure though.

So they are an IT solution provider that's been vetted by a federally-approved procurement sourcing agency.

Is it just that TSr.inc supplied an IT solution there? But if so why is it registered as a business there?

TBH as you can probably see I don't know much about all this but what I get from my research is there feels like a conflict of interest and the ability to do some back hand deals somewhere.

The 3 I found in a quick search in Portland are in the courthouse, in the city building, and by the international airport. The first 2 are less than 3 blocks from the local FBI building.
