My thought is Julian is compromised, as is wikileaks. The wiki tweets are actual threats directed at trump, as to disclose 911 truth if he does go after the swamp. This causing the ultimate diversion.

My main concern lies with the signature codes not being present. It's hard to imagine that Assange would pilot Wikileaks totally outside of his previous methods.
