Just remember: Aliens are demons. And you will be fine.

They are going to have a tough time convincing the populace without a living, breathing specimen.
Space ships in the sky, apparitions, are not going to cut it. Holograms are not going to cut it. 'Ancient' ruins are not going to cut it. Corpses won't cut it!
I thought they could maybe use 'Blue Beam' to simulate an asteroid impact (or 'Planet X'), whether in the Atlantic or Pacific (the actual 'impact' to be simulated via nukes, I suppose).

Aliens are way more plausible than 'demons'. Physics has never measured any energy or mass leaving a body upon death, or any other sort of 'spiritual' phenomenon, much less one that can be replicated. People who believe in demons are dumb. I believe pizzagate does have an element of Satanism, but that doesn't mean Satan and demons exist. It's just people, knowing the bilblical and historical fiction of Satan and what he represents, and then CHOOSE to worship/follow that are just evil people. It's like realizing christians exist without believing in christ, or buddhists without believing buddha existed, or celebrating Christmas without believing Santa actually exists. That said, the ufo phenomenon has been going on so long, they definitely WONT get the public reaction/distraction they want without a demonstratable anti-gravity craft or live intelligent alien. Even then, it will take a lot of people inspecting and interacting with both themselves and then relaying their experience before people will believe it is real. All CNN will do is further discredit itself and truly become a Cable TV tabloid.
