Seriously, how is it, this site is just there, publicly available? Whats going on in the world that this is ok? Why is this not being investigated?

Masterchan is an image board similar to 4chan, but even more loosely moderated. You will more than likely end up seeing horrific things (gore,CP) within minutes of browsing.
