Biden is completely inappropriate (as usual) with all the young girls. Around 21:35, then Senator from Alabama Jeffery Beauregard Sessions doesn't allow Biden to touch his granddaughter!

I don't understand why no one picks up on this, but it's clear that Sessions says 'don't touch her,' makes extra swats subtly in Biden's direction and inserts himself between Biden and the girl and promptly walks off, and then Biden says 'oh what happened?' and smiles and looks away.

I didn't see or hear it the first time, but rewinding it Sessions was trying to pull his gdaughters hair out, but as perv Biden moved forward it looked like Sessions hand movements became stiff. At first I thought he was awkwardly swatting the girls hair, but then I heard the comment. He quickly moved between Perv and the girl and said, Don't touch her. Perv said, 'oh what happened."

The announcer was talking through it so it was hard to hear.

If someone gets the original and amplifies the sound and slows the speed down it would be clearer.

I don't think anything's getting past Sessions, least of all that perv of a pig with his granddaughter.

There is absolutely zero doubt he says 'oh what happened.' No slow-down or rewind is needed. With Sessions there is some background noise but you can clearly hear 'touch her' preceded by a one syllable word. The only possibility for that is 'don't'

I completely agree. The volume up and slow down record would help those who don't have as clear hearing as you and me.
A few people on the thread can't make it out.

If it was a short snip, volume up and slowed down, with subtitles,,,, it'd go viral.
