VPNs

Use these so websites don't know where you're connecting from, also to evade MITM attacks and government censorship. Google around and look for one that meets your needs. If it's free it's probably selling your data or mining your data, be careful. I'm not making a recommendation on VPNs.

With respect to Google Maps - Local Guide shouldn't be left out - Reviews and Photo Albums are extremely revealing and 'traffickers' use it to get around and communicate - using, in many instances, a photo album and food reviews - pizza and chicken etc.

Great post. Thanks. I suggested a list of tools to help researchers on citizeninvestigator.org - a site which was made to keep all our info accessible and in one place . Sadly it seems that site has been taken down and has been offline for several days - I have no idea why. I posted about the site being taken down in subverse "pizzagate" but the post was removed very quickly by moderator @Millennial_Falcon.
