This is just my opinion. Today Seaman has been tagging John Podesta. TAGGING HIM IN HIS POSTS. Saying stop raping children, stop cooking them and you should be hanged. Someone doesn't tag someone and say this stuff if they know it's not 100% true. Seaman could be jailed and sued for false claims like this if they weren't true.

Please, the Clinton voters have threatened so much worse against the president on social media and on msm. I think sued yes but arrested I don't know. But I am not a lawyer.

Those sorts of claim are libel (if spoken) or slander (if written). Both are legal claims pertaining to a person's character and can be contested in court.

Other way around bub. Slander is spoken and libel is written. If the Podestas want to sue him in open court they're going to have a field day trying to prove they're not pedophiles. Different burden of proof.
