Not if the claim isn't false. Also, he supposedly lost a good friend of his to a stabbing. He recently stated he fears there might be a connection now and he is impatient for arrest to happen. He is angry about this stuff. But, he seems naive to me and thinks this is the only "conspiracy theory" that is true. He rolled his eyes at 9/11 and the school shooting hoaxes, which made him look like a dumbass to me. In reality, he is new to this. I was red pilled after Sandy Hook. He doesn't know how big this matrix is yet. So maybe be patient with him?

Podesta would have to prove that David knew it was a lie when he made those statements. The burden of proof is on podesta, David may have a legit reason to make such statements. Arrested? For libel? It's a civil case and would require a trial which podesta seems to want to avoid at all costs. Since god knows what secrets podesta hides in his closet!
