I found it interesting that not long before he went into comet and "shot" whatever, he had run over a 13 year old pedestrian. Maybe he was given a plea deal in that case to pretend to shoot up comet. He is listed as an actor after all!
I think it would be more accurate to say he sideswiped the kid. The kid was on the side of the road, not the middle. Welch was not charged with a crime in that incident.
What is you problem? Why do you feel compelled to argue the most minute points of everything? Those are rhetorical questions, I really don't care and would prefer not to hear from you
