Just speaking as parent who has home schooled in a totally different state it was my responsibility to withdraw my child from public school and notify the school she was now being home schooled. This seems so fucking unnecessary in all aspects. She, the mother, should have notified their public school. At the same time, this is absolutely NO reason to remove children from parental custody.
