Kenneth Bell has only received 6 months of jail. I tried to find more articles on this case but this is the only one I could find. Judge Robart, who is opposing Trumps travel ban, was A Trustee to Children's Home Society of Washington.

Dr. David Scratchley was convicted of planning to have sex with a boy, he was sentenced to 4 1/2 years. Scratchley is also a former Director of Children's Home Society

Every other article I've found, particularly from local papers, said Clinical Director or researcher. Significant difference.

I made a mistake, Schratchely has to do with Seattle Children’s Home. Robart was president of Seattle Children’s Home, not Children's Home Society of Washington. He was however also a Trustee of Children's Home Society of Washington, which Kenneth was a counselor at.

Clinical Director would likely have far more day-to-day contact with the kids, than a Director who's primary responsibilities might be fund raising, fiduciary, PR, operational, legal, etc.

would you care to explain the 'significant difference' between "clinical director" and "director" in reference to Seattle Children's Home. It Isn't obvious searching the difference.

"Director" implies an all-encompassing administrative position of leadership. "Clinical director" implies a leadership position limited in its scope to medical or research responsibilities.
