Kenneth Bell has only received 6 months of jail. I tried to find more articles on this case but this is the only one I could find. Judge Robart, who is opposing Trumps travel ban, was A Trustee to Children's Home Society of Washington.

Dr. David Scratchley was convicted of planning to have sex with a boy, he was sentenced to 4 1/2 years. Scratchley is also a former Director of Children's Home Society

Four 1/2 yrs? He should get 40 years. Stiff sentences will be a start and death penalty when there is a death involved. We are sick and tired of their disgusting habits.Well also, Insanity is doing the same crazy thing over and over. I rest my case.

Dr. Scratchley got 4 1/2 years for planning to rape a child and former counselor Kenneth Bell got only 6 months for raping multiple children. The discrepancy is alarming, especially considering the incidences occurred in the same state. I do agree that the law was far too lenient on both cases.
