In an opinion on sex bias in laws, she quoted a bill (that was never passed) as an example of sex-neutral language in rape law, i.e., not defining rape as something a male does to a female, but that one person does to another. That bill that she quoted included a line about "under 12 years old", it was not her suggestion or anything of the sort. She was only quoting it as an example of sex-neutral language. She was not in any way, shape, or form addressing what the age of consent should be.
