Has anyone looked into the profit margins/annual turnover for cpp or other business mentioned in investigation? (pizzagate)

If not, is this info publicly available and can anyone point me in the right direction in order to find the info? Might be helpful in order to prove that these businesses are a front for something else, we can check if overall sales match up to what product is offered and prices for product?

You should try contacting a CPA. The tax program they use compares your business to other 'like' business, so they should be able to find the average filling for the average pizza place in the area.
