We are doing the Madmen's work by spreading this commercial. That is exactly what they intended by including the ping-pong motive. No use of pizza/pasta/cheese/ping-pong after the pizzagate investigation started can be used as proof for the validity of those code words. They are now a surefire way of making an advertisement go viral. If they have ever been used as codewords, they probably are not used outside of fiction anymore. I would consider this a win.
George the lead character is a gay male that also happens to be a pizzagate denier and Clinton rabid mouth supporter. This is going to hugely backfire when Jeff sessions takes office.
