The Caribbean is a big area - no mention of Epstein in his tweet but merely says "Caribbean nation". Glen's facebook page has a bit more, but refers to an organized group called ourrescue.org which does this regularly.

I've no doubt a rescue happened today - and glad it did - but I don't think this is related to pizzagate. Let's not be this quick to pull the trigger until we get verified information.
